92.3 Evaluation and Research Services (ERS)

Evaluation and Research Services facilitates effective practice in health, education, government, and not-for-profit organizations through evaluation and research support. ERS works with clients to provide a wide range of evaluation-related services (including, but not limited to: needs-assessments, survey development, interview and focus group facilitation, formative and summative program and project evaluation, and data analysis). In addition, ERS conducts a program of research, collaborates on research projects with partners at the University of Alberta and other institutions, and provides research support services.
