94.6 Liberal Studies
Liberal Studies programming at the Faculty of Extension promotes social and individual enrichment through cultural awareness and appreciation with an emphasis on developing critical thinking, creativity and communication. Courses in the visual arts, humanities and social sciences are offered in formats that integrate cultural and contemporary societal issues and give context and meaning to the world around us. While the objective of a single course might be to teach a specific discipline or skill, ultimately our goal is simply to encourage learners to nurture their own curiosity.
